1) Where can I buy my ticket?
Bookings can be carried out online at berlinbus.com or can also be purchased through our Reservations and Bookings Hotline. Tickets can also be purchased in one of our many travel agencies. Tickets are also available through one of our bus drivers - however the best way to confirm a seat would be to book online.
2) I would like to pay with a voucher. Where do I enter the code?
When you wish to pay with a voucher, choose your desired route and click 'book'. You can then enter your voucher into the field 'Redeem Voucher'.
3) What do I do when there is a fault with the internet booking?
You should then restart your booking. If the problem still occurs you can try use another browser or change the local security settings on your existing browser.
4) What payment options are available to me with online booking?
You can pay online a variety of different ways. Via credit card (Visa or Mastercard), PayPal or BillPay.
5) I have not received my email ticket. What can I do?
Firstly, double check the spam folder of your email account. If you are signed up for 'My blb', please log in. Here you have the option to resend the ticket to your email. If this does not work for you, please send us a message at email@example.com or call us.
6) Is a seat reservation necessary? Can I reserve a specific seat?
When you purchase a ticket, a seat is automatically reserved. Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve a specific seat. Our staff in the Sales office and our staff on site will always endeavor to meet your requirements.
7) Do I have to print out my ticket?
On national routes you can have your ticket visible on your smartphone/tablet. To gain entry on International routes you must have a printed copy of your ticket.
8) How can I correct the name on my online ticket?
Name changes and updates are usually possible. Please feel free to contact us via our customer service helpline at (030/338 448 0) . We also ask that you have your booking number and email address (that was used to book) ready.
9) Can I change/cancel my booking?
From now on, our customers can cancel their booking up to 10 minutes prior to departure. Please contact our customer service for changing your booked journey. You can reach our service helpline at 030/338 448 0 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. For cancellations please use use our cancellation form.
10) Can I cancel/change a booking I have made at one of the travel agents?
In this case, we ask you contact the sales desk or travel office where the ticket was purchased. The staff there will be happy to help you. Promo tickets can generally not be refunded, exchanged or cancelled.
11) What does it cost to change my booking?
For national tickets, there will be no extra charge. However changing your booking is only possible on standard tickets and promo tickets. Please read the booking terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may vary on international routes.
